Recent Experience

Well Decommissioning: Business Development for a small company adding a Well Decommissioning product service line. Preparation of Business Case, development of marketing material and engagement with clients. Management of tender response process for major work scopes in decommissioning. Workover and Well Abandonment: Management of P&A projects through the Select and Define planning phases. Including  preparation of basis of design documents, well abandonment designs, well time and cost estimates, rig option studies and drilling facilities upgrade or removal assessments. Review and assessment of alternative rig solutions for platform based well abandonment including modular rigs, rig-less options, rig reactivation and novel 'hybrid' options. Also development of project Assurance Plan and coordination of associated Peer Reviews. Well Intervention:  planning and preparation for routine well intervention operations. Feasibility studies for unusual or extreme intervention including extended reach, HPHT (applications up to 20kpsi WP) and CTD
